Our 6800 square foot facility, located in Roseland, NJ, has everything you need and nothing you don’t!
At Station Athletics @ Crossfit Roseland, you will not find rows of elliptical or weight machines. Instead, our facility is equipped with kettlebells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, pull-up bars , dumbbells and barbells. Yes, we have some rowing machines and assault bikes too but you will not plant yourself on one and stay there for an hour! And there is plenty of floor space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing – functional movements.
The program varies which means you will rarely do the same workout twice in any given year. You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Each day, a workout will be provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level. And because our workouts are so efficient, they can fit into even the busiest schedules.

I recently completed the 6 week Challenge Program at Crossfit Roseland and had an amazing experience. I was able to hit the goal that was set for me by the trainers and I actually lost 4.5% body fat on top of losing 11 lbs. The classes were intense but diverse and refreshing for me who is someone who has previously done marathons. I liked that no class was the same and the trainers were helpful in coaching and teaching proper techniques for the exercises. I would highly recommend this program and this location. I had never done Crossfit before and will continue to do it post challenge!

For the last ten years I’ve only focused on bodybuilding and weight lifting exercises. The Crossfit roseland 6 week challenge was a nice change of pace. I was able to lose approx 13lbs and 6% bodyfat in 6 weeks. The program as advertised is free and afterwards they offer specials for those who want to join long term. Workouts are geared toward each individual fitness level so everyone can go as hard as possible and not pressured to lift heavy weights if unable too. The gym is clean and very spacious. The trainers are well educated and very personable...I recommend everyone to give it a shot!
